One Year Certificate or Two Year Associate of Applied Science Degree

Program Description

ACIT offers not only classroom lecture but also hands-on real life experience.  You will learn to:

• Operate the latest microcomputer software including operating systems, networking, database, spreadsheet, multimedia presentation, programming, graphics, desktop publishing, and word processing.
• Become a skilled specialist in network administration, web page design, PC maintenance, intranet and Internet operation, and other business related activities on the computer.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot common computer problems.
• Examine operating systems including DOS, Linux, Windows 9x, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista.
• Implement the latest in multimedia design and techniques.

• Network Administrator - ($50,000+ per year)
• Technical Support Specialist - ($30,000+ per year)
• Account Coordinator - ($23,000+ per year)
• Photo Retoucher - ($20,000+ per year)

These salaries represent beginning salaries of graduates receiving a two year Associate of Applied Science Degree.
