Whether in the classroom, shop areas or in campus buildings, safety and emergency preparedness is an important part of North Central Kansas Technical College’s operations.
Emergency Alert
All employees and all full-time programs students are automatically registered to receive emergency alerts via text message, phone call and email. These alerts are issued when the college is experiencing an emergency situation and must notify the campus community in a quickly and timely fashion.
To ensure all employees and students receive emergency notifications, any changes to telephone numbers or email addresses can be reported to jschlaefli@ncktc.edu.

Notification of Annual Security Report
North Central Kansas Technical College’s Annual Security Report is now available. This report is required by federal law and complies with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act. The report contains the following:
• Policies regarding campus safety and security
• Crisis Management Plan and Emergency Response Procedures
• Crime Prevention Programs
• Three years’ worth of statistics for certain types of crimes that were reported to have occurred on campus, in any off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the college, and on any public property within or immediately adjacent to the campus.
Also included in the Annual Security Report is the Annual Fire Safety Report for the Beloit Campus Housing. This report summarizes the policies and procedures for fire safety and a summary of statistics for the last three years of fire reports on the Beloit Campus Housing.
