Carpentry-Cabinetmaking

One Year Certificate Program

Program Description

Develop the skills, knowledge and pride of workmanship necessary to become a successful carpenter or cabinetmaker.

NCK Technical College's modern facilities and equipment will prepare you for all phases of construction and cabinetmaking.

Gain hands-on experience in planning, estimating, drawing and building the NCKTC Project House.  A Project House is built by each Carpentry/Cabinetmaking class and sold at public auction in the spring every year.

If you're satisfied only with superior workmanship, NCK Technical College's "hands-on" teaching methods will sharpen your skills in construction of one or more multi-bedroom homes, and fine cabinetmaking projects you've only dreamed of before.
