REGISTRATION
If this is the first time you have attended the college, please complete the Admissions Form. This documentation will need to be processed first. It will enable us to collect and register you into our student accounts.
CBJT Grant Recipient Addmissions Form
for Health Support Specialist
Please allow three business days for processing the Admissions Form.
You may continue on and complete the Enrollment Form which will allow you to register for the classes of your choosing. You may enroll in a maximum of three courses or nine credit hours per semester. Please make sure your E-mail information is accurate as this will be the way we reply with your confirmation and Angel Learning Environment account information.
Upon completion of the Admission and Enrollment Forms please make arrangements with our Cashier for payment. Payment must be received before we can complete your Registration Process. Once all forms and payments are received you will be notified via E-mail with your Angel access information. If you have question please contact the college where we will be happy to answer and help.
