NURSE EDUCATOR - Hays Campus

North Central Kansas Technical College is seeking an applicant for the full time position of second year nurse educator for the Hays Campus. This position will require classroom/lab instruction and clinical supervision of nursing students on medical/surgical and gerontological units. Minimum qualifications for this position are a bachelor’s degree in nursing and experience in the medical/surgical nursing area with plans to pursue a master’s degree in nursing. Preference will be given to individuals with a master’s degree in nursing, prior teaching experience and three years clinical experience in the medical/surgical nursing area. A license to practice nursing in the state of Kansas is required. The successful candidate must possess current clinical skills, nursing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and dedication to students. Start date is August 4th.
