This course is designed to introduce students to the skills necessary to be successful, productive and competitive as an HVAC/Plumbing technician. Topics covered include: human relations skills, problem solving in the workplace, resource management, oral communication and work ethics. In class presentations will include professionals in the field as well as other instruction materials.
