NCK TECH HOSTED THE TOUCHSTONE ENERGY ELECTRO RALLY APRIL 14, 16
April 14, 2016 Beloit Kansas, The Beloit campus went even more hi-tech hosting the latest in student ingenuity. NCK Tech hosted 15 schools and organizations in this futuristic race. The Touchstone Energy rally consisted of three classes: Standard Class, Solar and Open. The Electro Rally is managed by Sunflower Electric and Sponsored by Touchstone Energy.
According to the Electro Rally website, These single operator, lightweight (not exceed 64 lbs) and aerodynamic vehicles compete by completed laps during a one hour period. During this time teams must make sure they are running sustainably and can complete the entire hour. The top 3 teams in each category received NCK Tech scholarships and bragging rights!
